The machining of various parts is mostly polyhedral machining, and three-axis or more linkage processing is not used. Currently, the machine tool is five-axis, but in addition to the five-axis linkage in the tool change process, other machining parts do not use five-axis linkage, but due to the size of the workpiece Large, it is difficult to install the card, as far as possible to ensure that a card is completed processing, which requires the machine to achieve multi-faceted processing. In the processing process, the processing route is selected for different profiles, plates, and loading conditions. 

(2) Processing vibration and tool selection: In view of the processing vibration, it is necessary to request tools. In addition to meeting the processing characteristics of aluminum alloys, these tools also need to have enough toughness to reduce the damage to the tool due to processing vibrations, and to prolong The service life of the tool. Aluminum alloy body parts are mostly post-weld, so most of them are deformed and need to be cut. In order to meet welding and assembly requirements, measures must be taken. Measurements are made during processing, and each point measured is combined with the machining program. It can then be processed and the measurement cycles used here are CYCLE730 and CYCLE740. Some special parts measurement is necessary, for example, the front panel processing, because the panel thickness of 35mm larger removal can not exceed 3mm, it must find the higher points on the panel, otherwise it will inevitably be processed excessively to find this higher The point needs the measurement program to be completed.
